For this blog post I had to find 100 words within my Narrative Project and with the 100 words that I found I had to turn them into a "found poem" that relates to my narrative project. My found poem will be based around the experiences that I went through the day I got my DUI. The type of found poem that I will be composing is a "cut-up" poem where I will be cutting out words from my narrative and rearranging them to form a poem.
The Drug bust I was loving life And then it all came Crashing down. My heart fluttering beating Like a drum, Stomach twisting into not's. No running away from the bright flashing Red, white and blue lights. I was getting pulled over by the police. He jumped right to the Big question the weed where was it? Bright lights blinding me Through the darkness. My mind puzzled with confusion Questions rammed in my face. I am being arrested. Handcuffed sitting on the curb Helplessly staring at the Bright lights. The disappointment was unbearable This will forever be burned In to my memory. Part II:Reflection

I agree with Jimmy how the writing here has the power to evoke an emotional response in the reader...and I am sure in the writer as well.
